Today was MUCH better then yesterday! I got to catch up on some much needed sleep and work on some business. So it was nice- food was so so. Sometimes eating healthy is just so darn hard LOL. Here we go ladies... enjoy:

1 bowl of TJ red pepper/tomato soup
1 raw spinach salad
w/tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, (steamed) broccoli, asparagus, topped with grilled chicken
1 homemade mango/banana smoothie

As for my work out... it was non existant today. Oh well- tomorrow is a new day
