Ok my lovely wittling ladies, it is time for the curvy and sexy food and work out blog! I am LOVING myself and putting in only yummy, healthy, satisfying options. I have also come to the realization that I will never be a size 0 unless I get unhealthy (anorexia or cali powder diet anyone? no thanks!) and am just trying to get myself to MY OWN personal best. I will not judge my results on anyone elses body and neither should you. If you are model thin be proud, if you are athletic and toned be proud, if you are a volumptious and cury girl be proud, if you are a thich sista be proud, if you have more to love be proud! Just love your body, be proud of what you have and if you dont like something- work to change it. Simple as that people! Ok Im getting off of my soapbox...

1/2 bowl of TJ Tomatoe and Red Pepper Soup
5 almonds
Handful of spinach
Snack
Tutti Frutti
(I only topped it with strawberries and crushed granola)
Dinner
1 glass of water
garlic roasted Tilapia
Sauteed mushrooms, spinach, onions
3 Asparagus spears
1 glass of red wine
