I ate like complete shit today guys. I guess I will just declare this is my cheat day lol. I was really debating whether or not I was going to post the pure crap I put into my mouth today but I figured if I am being open and honest about my weightloss journey then there is no reason to lie. Dont judge me, or do whatever I dont care, but let me tell you this after eating these crappy foods... I felt sick. Interesting right. I think my body is finally changing. Oh and I cant smoke ciggys anymore. Literally they make me want to throw up, the thought of smoking makes my stomach queasy. Very interesting...
