Getting Skinny Food Diary
Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup green tea
Lunch
mixed veggies
(no I am NOT anorexic I just didnt have time to eat my entire lunch during my break)
Dinner
Tilapia
1 sweet potatoe
1 cup brown rice
(mixed with garlic, onions, tomatoes and green onions)
1 cup green tea

I didnt... oh well...
By the way- Im getting thinner!!!! Here is a picture of me as a ref on Halloween, not gunna lie Im proud of myself!
