I also suggest getting some cardio in after the strengthening workouts. Try doing this quick cardio routine. Do not rest between each exercise. Rest 60 seconds between each circut ( 1 circuit is the entire routine). Complete the circuit 3 times. Here we go:
JUMPING JACKS- 30
JUMP ROPE- 30 seconds
SQUAT JUMPS- 25 times
HIGH KNEES- 60 seconds
HIGH JUMPS (jump straight in the air- arms reaching over head)- 35 times
SPRINT IN PLACE- 30 seconds
JUMP ROPE- 60 seconds
*rest for 60 seconds, drink water!! Then repeat*
