Hello my sexy ladies and welcome to Pop Pilates!! I have to tell you ladies, I adore this woman! She will get your thighs burning all with a smile on her face. Pain meets skinny pleasure. But I must tell you- sculpting is wonderful, but unless you are working up a sweat youre not going to get the desired effect. In other words I suggest you go for a little joggy jog at least twice a week or do 50 jumping jacks before and after the workouts. Cardio along with toning is key! You'll thank me later. Enjoy!
